Dramatic reconstructions of Michelangelo’s life and complex character, generous, kind, bad-tempered and paranoid. One of the greatest artists of all time he created one of the most famous sculptures on earth, the David, painted the Sistine Chapel, and re-designed the dome of St Peter’s.

Filmed in Rome and Florence with Shakespearean actor Stephen Noonan.
